Toolbar shortcuts to modify states

Description

Want to have toolbar icons (with shortcut keys if feasible) to modify all the various states.

For posture: each should be mutually exclusive
For other states: maybe toggle?
Also might want common combinations: knockdown/stun gives prone+stunned+disarmed

Have buttons for position, common statuses. Positions are mutex, statuses are toggle.
