Hide dodge column, maybe the type column

Consolidate HP/Damage and FP/Fatigue columns in to a single Curr HP and Curr FP column each.

partially implemented, but don't want to add more functionality to CurrFP/CurrHP columns for now. Pushing feature to 2.0.0 to allow for additional evaluation of usability requirements.
