Editing 'new...' row in ActorDetails panel doesn't create new actor

Description

If you select the 'new...' row in the InitTable and edit it in the ActorDetails panel, the actor is changed, but another 'new...' actor is not created, causing the actor to remain greyed out (also the name field seems to switch back and forth between the actual name and 'new...'). Only if you edit a cell in the table is a new actor created.
