Description
Allow selection of what columns are displayed.
- BasicTraits
- Key conglomerates (curr HP / curr FP)
- Custom traits? not sure
Will also need to add support for persistence: save column selection and positions.

Make sure to test when all columns are removed: can they be added back in?
Also, maybe want to make displayed column names nicer? Add spaces, etc.

All columns can be displayed, including custom traits. View menu allows recovery from no columns displayed. Customizations are persisted.
Column names are currently not modified from the trait name.
