Add a load field, and using encumbrance table calculate the effective move and dodge.
Effective move and dodge would likely only be displayed in the initTable, since we don't have room to display in the actor details panel. It would probably be nice to be able to display that info in the details panel... need to think on that
Display max load based on ST calculation for current encumbrance level?
Could that be displayed in the drop-down to select the level?
Also update GCA Import to read encumbrance (simple key)
