Add key shortcuts for changing state/type in table
Adding hot bar buttons
All menu items have mnemonics associated with them, but some of the sub-menus don't work (mostly the coordinated status sub-menu).
Need to re-think the keyboard acceleration methodology, and figure out the best way to do this within the limitations of Java.
