GCS characters are saved in XML but some of the secondary statistics are not included which would make things more difficult.

An alternate method could be to use the GCS export template system. df_monster_template.html includes most of the information that would be needed and it might be possible to save directly into GURPSInitTool's format.

GCS switched to json, but still has the same issue of not saving the calculated results for each value- only the base values and traits.
