Move/Dodge/HT does not display penalized value when column too narrow

Description
When the column is too narrow, only the original value is displayed, with no indication that there is additional info not displayed (...)
- Target version set to 2.0.0
- Target version changed from 2.0.0 to 1.3.0
- Related to Bug #102: Attack table removes words when cell size too small to display entire word added
- Status changed from New to Closed
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
switched to non-HTML formatting.
Made some minor changes to how Move/HT are displayed. Move is '<curr> (<base>)' and HT is '<base> [<penalty>]'.
