Handle ranged attacks that take multiple turns (or general attacks that take multiple turns to ready)

First thought: add two new fields for all attacks: reload turns, and reload needed turns to track the state
Alternate thought: have two tables, one for ranged and one for melee? But some melee require readying after attacks

Maybe add 'Shots' column? Try to parse that and handle common values: '1(2)' especially. Don't necessarily add anything for aiming.
